Full Day tour of Terceira Island

You no longer have to go to Africa to go on safari. In the Azores you can also experience moments of pure adrenaline in an off-road vehicle with four-wheel drive. Fasten your seat belt and the adventure through the island’s landscape will begin. The routes will be mainly along secondary roads which are not part of the usual tourist routes. They are narrow, beaten paths used mainly by farmers. They are flanked by blue hydrangeas, large trees or rough basalt walls, which cut through the green pastures leading to breathtaking views. Take the opportunity to stop along the way, get off the jeep and see all the magical nature that surrounds you up close. Venture into the interior of the island with stunning views and difficult to access roads with unique flora. Have the off-road option and help get the Land Rovers out of the mud. An al fresco lunch (traditional food, Portuguese wine) is included and the tour continues with a visit to the lagoons. You can also be taken to visit the volcanic caves if you wish.
