Basque shamanism: a discovery!

Euskal Herria, the Basque Country, like many other cultures, has an ancient nature cult that has been preserved since prehistoric times. Mother Earth, Mari, and her dragon lover, Lehen Suge, who creates clouds and rain, are two central figures in our Basque mythology. My name is Alan, I am of Basque origin, and I have trained for several years in Basque shamanism, or aztia. I am also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and have lived for a long time in Tibet, in Shangri La, where I took vows with the Buddha monks. We will do the experience in a special cave in Biarritz, full of beneficial forces you will experiment. The experience is based on peace and love. I will explain Basque shamanism to you. At the beginning, you will tell me what you are interested in practicing. The workshop is participatory, so you can ask any questions you like. I will suggest games to introduce you to the practice in a fun way. We will also do mindfulness meditation to harmonize ourselves with the elements of nature that form the Basque cross, lauburu.
