Wine Tasting of 6 Salento Wines in the private garden of my wine shop in Lecce. You'll taste white, rosé, and red wines from typical local grapes (Negroamaro, Primitivo, Susumaniello, Fiano, Verdeca) with local gastronomic products (olives, pizzi, pucce, frise, rustici, mozzarella, burrata). I'll tell you the story of each wine, the winery, the production techniques, and its connection to the territory and traditions of Salento.
