Venice Island hopping, Murano & Burano on a Water Taxi

Set off on an unforgettable Venetian Lagoon Islands Tour with me! Discover the hidden treasures of this charming archipelago in the most exclusive way imaginable – aboard your own private water-taxi. Uncover the traditions of Murano's legendary glass artisans through the insights of the team at the incredible glass factory that will welcome us. Learn about the island’s past, including its connection to the famous rooster emblem. From there, we’ll cruise to the lively Burano, celebrated for its stunningly colorful homes and renowned lace craftsmanship. Burano is truly my favorite spot in the Venetian Lagoon, for me it offers a break from the hectic pace of Venice. Even if it's quite popular in the summer, it's still without a doubt my happy island.

I'll meet you at the most convenient location to board the boat. The private shuttle from the Murano glass factory will collect us. If it's not available, we’ll take the Vaporetto to the factory (I’ll let you know in advance). Once there, I’ll introduce you to the art of glassmaking, and a member of the staff will provide a detailed explanation of the process during a guided visit inside the factory, including a live glassblowing demonstration. A private water taxi will then take us to Burano Island, with a first stop and short stroll through Mazzorbo (linked to Burano by a footbridge), before arriving at the stunningly colorful Burano. We’ll walk along the main street where you can explore the shops dedicated to the famous lace-making tradition, and enjoy some free time for shopping or a coffee break. A private water taxi will take us back to Venice, dropping you off at your preferred location.
