‘Slow Drink’ Tasting – A Journey through Tuscan Wines, Oils & Flavors Enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by nature, art, and flavor. Our ‘Slow Drink’ tasting includes four biodynamic wines, two premium extra virgin olive oils, and a platter of artisanal local products, served outdoors in a peaceful and spacious setting. Wines in the tasting: BENTEMARI – Vermentino IGT Fresh, citrusy, and mineral, with aromas reminiscent of the Tuscan coast. TINNARI – Trebbiano IGT Delicate and floral, with great balance and refreshing acidity. SELENGAIA – Chianti D.O.C.G. Full-bodied and elegant, with notes of cherry, spice, and violet. PILANDRA – Sangiovese IGT Deep and expressive, with red fruit, earthy tones, and smooth tannins. Also included: A tasting of two EVO oils: EVO Food and Bio-Synergic Oil, rich in polyphenols and crafted with a nutraceutical approach. A platter of local cured meats and cheeses, selected to complement the wines and oils.
