Overview
An experience on the highest active volcano in Europe, amidst nature, culture, and local flavors. As you ascend the slopes of Mount Etna, you will observe the various lava fronts of ancient flows (eruptions of 1886/1983/2001/2002) and visit a lava basalt quarry, where you will have the chance to see a lava flow cave. The start time varies depending on the sunset; during the summer season, it is between 3 PM and 4 PM.
