A short break cooking holiday with an executive chef at your disposal! You will be cooking, dining, drinking, relaxing and exploring the treasures of Arezzo province, one of the oldest cities in Italy, full of artwork of an ancient past, also famous for its culinary history. During your cooking holiday, you will not only learn some great new techniques, you will also have the chance to make some lifelong friends. It’s the perfect way of learning to cook great food while discovering the regional culture.

Itinerary

Day One: Introduction and first cooking lesson (B, L) Meeting at the Arezzo train station, with free pickup service included, to the villa where you can enjoy a welcome aperitif buffet with Prosecco or spritz cocktail tasting. In the late afternoon, around 4-5 pm, your first cooking lesson with chef Fabrizio, (if you have no problems with the time zone) in which you will prepare a fantastic 3-4 course evening meal. Day Two: city break tour and cooking lesson (B, L, D) Following breakfast, a cultural excursion in the most picturesque locations in Arezzo. Full lunch included at a typical Trattoria Toscana (drinks included). Late afternoon second cooking lesson, enjoy what you have prepared for dinner. Day Three: cooking lesson and wine tour (B, L, D) After breakfast you will have your last cooking class where we could challenge on more elaborate techniques of the traditional Italian cuisine, preparing a delicious lunch. Wine tour in a prestigious winery famous for its superior chianti and chardonnay white wine. Tonight you can savor the typical crispy calzone-pizza menu prepared for you, masterfully by chef Fabrizio. Day Four: a warm arrivederci After breakfast and some time to relax, you'll be taken back to the Arezzo central train station.
