For our tasting, I have chosen a selection of great Tuscan and Italian wines from over a thousand different labels, including Chianti Classico, Supertuscan, and the finest Brunello di Montalcino, all accompanied by a selection of the best pecorino cheese with breadsticks, taking you not just to a shop but inside an Etruscan tomb, carved into the tuff, which I discovered during some renovation work, where I also keep my collection.
