In case of delay, no refunds will be provided. For organizational reasons, the return to Como may be by train. In case of adverse weather conditions, high lake levels, or for safety reasons, the private boat may be replaced with public transport. Itineraries may be modified or done in reverse for operational reasons, without affecting the overall experience of the tour. Travel times may vary due to local traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. Due to the uneven roads in Bellagio and Como, the tour is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
