All visitors, including those eligible for free entry, must hold a valid ticket. Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early; there might be a short wait before your entry time. Visitors under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Lunch is not included, you will have the possibility to take it in the park of the castle of Chenonceau. The order of visit of the castles can change (Chambord in the morning in summer). Photography and video are allowed (without flash) for personal use only. No refunds for no-shows or unused services. Late arrivals are subject to a 100% no-show fee. Some areas may be temporarily closed without prior notice due to events, maintenance, or safety reasons.
