Guests will start the experience by immersing themselves in our flavors by tasting mozzarella and km 0 olive oil. Our producer will explain all the steps for preparing the products. They will then begin the lesson by preparing the pizza dough. Guided by our Chef, they will discover the secrets of authentic Neapolitan pizza. Then, with the dough already risen, they will be able to fill and bake the pizza that will be their lunch/dinner. Drinks included.
