During this experience, you’ll immerse yourself in our family’s long history as wine producers, visit our ancient cellar, and participate in a “fior di latte” mozzarella workshop and gnocchi making. The experience begins with a coffee before touring our vineyard, followed by a wine tasting in the cellar where you’ll try our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wines, paired with organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta, and coppa. Afterward, you’ll learn how to make mozzarella, then prepare gnocchi, which will be served with a traditional Sorrentina sauce. The experience also includes Homemade dessert, limoncello, and our own organic extra virgin olive oil. Let us know if you have any allergies or need vegetarian/vegan options.
