Etna Wine Tour

Our Etna Wine Tour gives you the opportunity to visit and learn about one of the best wineries on our volcano, located in the eastern territory of Mount Etna, at about 500 m above sea level. The microclimate of the winery is characterized by strong temperature variations, due to the altitude of the volcano (3,360 m), which delay the ripening of the product, bringing both freshness and fragrance to the wines. The characteristics of the volcanic soils give a strong minerality to the vines, which is felt in all the local products. It is thanks to these very particular conditions, and constant work, that the winery produces elegant, complex, savory wines with an identity that stands out in the Italian and international wine scene. The winery visit will be accompanied and guided by an AIS Sommelier, and you will be surprised by the stories about the production processes, winemaking methods, and preservation of the various types of wine. We will move to the magnificent rooms, where you will taste 5 local wines explained and accompanied by tastings of numerous typical products. During the olfactory and tasting journey, the Sommeliers will help you appreciate the aromas and peculiar characteristics of Etna wines.
