This notice describes the use of cookies and similar technologies (pixels, SDKs,
local storage, device identifiers) on shakadabra.com, on the shop.shakadabra.com
web app, on provider.shakadabra.com and in the Shakadabra mobile app, in
accordance with the GDPR, Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Italian
Data Protection Authority guidelines of 10 June 2021. The data controller is
Shakadabra S.r.l. (see the Privacy Policy). This is a courtesy translation of
the official Italian version, which prevails in case of discrepancies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that visited sites send to the user's device, where
they are stored and retransmitted on the next visit. In the mobile app, similar
functions are performed by SDKs and device identifiers, treated as cookies for
the purposes of this notice.

2. Categories used

• Technical cookies and tools, necessary for the Platform to work:

authentication and session, security and fraud prevention, storage of consent
preferences, booking and payment features. No consent required.

• Analytics cookies and tools: used in aggregated form or with adequate

pseudonymisation; where comparable to non-anonymised third-party cookies, they
are installed only with consent.

• Profiling and marketing cookies and tools: installed only with consent, to

personalise content and communications. \*

3. Consent management

On first access, a banner allows users to accept all cookies, to continue
without non-technical cookies by closing the banner with the X, or to make
granular choices per category. Preferences can be changed at any time via the
"Cookie preferences" panel in the site footer and in the app settings. The
banner is shown again no earlier than 6 months after the last choice, unless the
processing changes significantly.

4. Duration

Profiling and marketing cookies last a maximum of 12 months, subject to consent
renewal. Individual durations are listed in the table under point 2.

5. Browser and device settings

Cookies can be managed or deleted via browser settings; advertising identifiers
can be limited in iOS and Android settings. Disabling technical tools may impair
the Platform.
