Shakadabra operates a digital marketplace connecting travellers (Explorers) and operators (Providers) for the booking of tourism and leisure experiences. Shakadabra is not a party to the experience-delivery contract, which is concluded directly between Explorer and Provider. The conditions governing use and purchases are published on the Terms and Conditions page.

The Platform is subject, among others, to Legislative Decree 70/2003 (e-commerce), Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, see the DSA Information page), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 for relations with business users.

The Shakadabra trademark and the "shaka" hand logo are distinctive signs of Shakadabra S.r.l.
